These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Craft with Aunty Em website and the purchase of workshop tickets, birthday parties, and private event bookings. By purchasing a ticket or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings and Payments
All workshop tickets must be purchased online through our secure booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your child’s place.
Prices are listed in AUD and include all necessary materials for the workshop.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
If Craft with Aunty Em cancels a session (e.g., due to weather for park workshops), you will be offered a full refund.
3. Attendance and Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive on time and are collected promptly at the end of the session.
Our workshops are designed as a safe, supervised environment. However, parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s overall wellbeing.
- Children aged 6 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on site for the full workshop.
For park workshops, parents/guardians must remain nearby and accessible.
4. Safety and Behaviour
At Craft with Aunty Em, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment where every child can enjoy and explore their creativity.
Children are expected to listen to the facilitator and follow instructions to ensure everyone’s safety.
If a child’s behaviour places themselves or others at risk, or if disrupting the group, parents/guardians may be asked to step in or collect their child.
Respect art and craft materials provided and each other’s creations – no damaging or destroying someone else’s work.
Be kind, respectful, and inclusive.
5. Materials and Creations
All materials for activities are provided by Craft with Aunty Em.
Children take home the items they create unless otherwise specified.
6. Photography and Media
We may take photos during workshops to share on our website and social media.
We will only use photos of children if parents/guardians have given consent.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Photos will not contain children’s faces but will be taken from the background and may be used online.
7. Liability
Craft with Aunty Em takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment.
We are not liable for accidental injuries, loss of personal items, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make changes to workshop activities, venues, or facilitators if necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
